writing lab reports has sort of dissolved into me donning my lab gear and running around pretending there a legit emergency going on
Remember our bond, I will come back for you.
a heart full of light, a night bright as day.
"I don’t know what to say."
"Shh honey don’t talk you’re super pretty but kind of stupid. Just stand there and be hot. Yeah. That’s the ticket."
The complexity of character’s emotions in this movie is incredible.
Because of Anna’s past and having doors in her face throughout her childhood she’s developed a fear of them not opening.
Younger kids who watch Frozen now will probably completely overlook Anna’s hesitation. They’ll think of it as a funny line that Olaf said about her not being able to knock. But years from now when they re-watch this beautiful film they’ll notice just how sad it is. As they grow older and go through the same type of heartache Anna is experiencing; that same hesitation, they’ll understand just what this poor girl is going through.
They’ll relate to Frozen in a way that much more deep than just “that movie I watched as a kid” they’ll grow up learning new life lessons each time they watch it. Just like me, and many other Disnerds have with the films we used to watch as kids. I can’t wait til the younger generation starts picking up on just how amazing it is that they have Frozen to grow up with.
